World Film Critics & Scholars Association
Advancing Film Criticism, Research, and Scholarship Worldwide
The World Film Critics & Scholars Association (WFCA) operates under the World House of Cinema Artists (WHCA) as an international platform for film critics, scholars, researchers, and academic professionals in cinema.
Criticism and scholarship are essential to the development of cinematic arts — analyzing, interpreting, and contextualizing films while fostering intellectual discourse.
The WFCA connects professionals, academics, and emerging voices globally, promoting excellence, rigorous research, and cross-cultural dialogue in film studies.
