World Production Designers Association

Shaping the Visual Identity of Cinema

The World Production Designers Association (WPDA) operates under the World House of Cinema Artists (WHCA) as a global platform for production designers, set designers, costume designers, and visual specialists.

Production design defines the visual language of a film — establishing its aesthetic, atmosphere, and identity.

The WPDA connects designers worldwide, fostering collaboration, education, and recognition for outstanding cinematic design.
